9.0Ruhige Lage. Hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Schöne Holzfußböden. Der alte Charme des Haused wurde erhalten. Direkt zentral gelegen zum Stadtkern.

Sehr ruhiges altes Stadthaus
9.0Die alte Stadtvilla ist ein Gebäude aus dem Jahr 1898, mit insgesamt 6 Wohnungen. Das Haus ist komplett saniert, dabei hat man den alten Holzdielenboden belassen. Die Wohnung Nr. 4 befindet sich im ersten OG und hat 2 Schlafzimmer mit 3 Betten und eine Küche kombiniert mit Esszimmer. Trotz Lage zur Hauptstraße ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Der Garten ist ein Gemeinschaftsgarten und durch alle Mieter nutzbar. Zum Ortskern von Traben-Trarbach sind es fußläufig 5 Minuten
− Vorm Haus gibt es leider keine Parkplätze und die ausgewiesenen Parkplätze in der Nähe sind meist belegt.

− Die Küche war neu ,leider gabs keine Backofen. Und da könnten wir nicht unsere mitgebrachten Brötchen aufbacken und frühstücken
