− When someone came knocking at our window in the evening as they forgot the code in the main door. We didn’t open coz we don’t know who that might be. The again same knocking, now on our door. Still we didn’t open felt like its very intruding and not safe.

− No wardrobe in the bedroom, there was a rail with shelving for hanging and storing clothes but a wardrobe would have been nice.

Great location, good value for money and super flat.
9.0Very good location in central Harrogate. We were able to park in font of the flat. The flat was spacious and very comfortable. Recently refurbished. A big bathroom, large kitchen/living room and huge bay windows in a period property. Quiet. Milk in the fridge for us on arrival which was appreciated. Really good value for money. Would definitely go back.
− Finest Retreats' communication wasn't super clear about the entry codes - no email received. I had to create an account with them and open it to access the codes and then scroll down to the next page to find them. A bit clunky. An email with the codes at the top would be simpler. The woman in the flat next to ours had to ring our bell to get in because she said she hadn't been given the code.
Amazing apartment, 5 min from train station and town
9.0The location is amazing, only a 5 min walk to the amazing centre of Harrogate. The apartment has everything that's needed.
− Parking is a pain. Mon -fri can only park 3 hrs on the side of the roads if you have a Harrogate parking disc, so had to park the car in the park and display carpark close by
