Large apartment and large sink in the kitchen

− During our stay, use of the terrace was significantly limited due to the extremely loud noise associated with construction work in the immediate vicinity of the apartment between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. It was impossible to relax on the terrace for 90% of our stay. We even had to close the terrace door to keep it relatively quiet inside. The owners were aware of the construction works, but they still rented the apartment without informing us. I've attached some photos from the chat to confirm my words. In addition to the construction noise, we also experienced noise related to renovations in neighboring apartments, a malfunctioning alarm system, and on the Saturday before our departure, when we needed to get up early, we could hear loud music from a disco for hours inside the apartment. Furthermore, the building where the apartment is located has thin walls, so if there are noisy neighbors, you'll hear everything. As for the proximity to the beach, it's at least a 20-minute walk, avoiding a huge construction site along the way. The beach itself is uninteresting and not very clean. Generally, it was impossible to use the terrace, but the offer included it as a major advantage of this property. We feel cheated, so we're giving the owners the lowest possible rating of 1. Vacation is priceless, and staying at this property didn't allow us to relax.

Lovely flat in a beautiful piece of paradise!

The stay was extremely pleasant, the flat was spacious, comfortable, full of light and quiet at night. It lays on a beautiful new marina with loads of restaurants, bars, cafes, a pharmacy and a few shops, including a mini market. We found everything we needed at walking distance. The sea is extremely close, and a lot of choice for what concerns beach clubs and pools. People are nice and Christine the host was nicer! Would 100% recommend

It’s clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. Has a huge terrace overlooking a Marina. Luxurious view and walking distance from several restaurants.

It was honestly perfect, the apartment is very bright, the bed is comfortable and the host is the sweatest. We would definitely recommend it! and you get a beautiful view of the Marina :)
