1.0The owner called to cancel because the was someone who booked for 3days and privately returned my money. It was really a frustration to be cancelled because someone is being prioritised

10.0The room had everything I needed, the guy I communicated with on the phone was so helpful about my late check in as I got held up at work, the lady who also received me was very welcoming and kind. I am happy with everything.
