− L'organizzazione. Avevo comunicato l'orario di arrivo e avevo chiesto in quale fermata avrei dovuto scendere col vaporetto. Tante telefonate, non hanno mai risposto al telefono. Sono scesa alla fermata S. Marco, e invece avrei dovuto scendere a S. Samuele, così sono dovuta tornare indietro con il taxi spendendo 60 euro, spesa non prevista. Ho perso 1 ora e mezza di tempo.

− The A/C is only for the rooms. Kitchen, dining room and living room were too hot all the time .
