− L’annuncio non precisa che é un’appartamento condiviso e non una singola stanza. Le chiavi sono state lasciate allo scoperto alla vista di tutti. Nessuno ci ha detto che non potevamo usare la cucina e altri servizi. La pulizia era fatta male, sotto i letti c’era un sacco di polvere. Non sono stati forniti asciugamani in camera. Nel bagno non c’era l’asciugacapelli che abbiamo dovuto comprare. Non sono state fornite istruzioni per il check-out. L’ascensore di notte non funziona. Ci hanno detto appena arrivati che erano presenti delle telecamere.
