It was mediocre at best, mainly because of how miserable it was
5.0The full kitchen and the screened in porch.
− The grass was not cut before our arrival, but was cut the next day. 3 or the 4 bedrooms are upstairs. The temperatures were in the upper 70s/mid 80s while we were there and the bedrooms upstairs were so hot it was absolutely miserable!!! It stays warm and stuffy up there, even with fans it still wasn’t comfortable.On our last night there all of us found a way to sleep downstairs. It’s not a thermostat issue, downstairs it felt great.
Nice house , spend some money to clean and do some upgrades, make it better

− Fan in bathroom fell, vents are so dirty, no tv in bedroom, stove dirty, no towels, no hand soap, Grass not mowed (tick season) , spend some money on counter tops the generic covering on them makes it look trashy
