La struttura é in una posizione strategica appena dietro alla Guitgia, 70 metri a piedi. Nella settimana di inizio giugno era sempre semplice trovare in strada un parcheggio auto entro i 20 metri dall'ingresso. Volendo, in 20 minuti a piedi sei in via Roma, che é il centro del mondo di Lampedusa alla sera, ma al tempo stesso sei in una posizione tranquilla senza caos. La casa é ben curata, ha un fantastico balcone (in condivisione sui 2 appartamenti) dotato anche di docce esterne se ci si vuole fermare a prendere il sole. Noi ci abbiamo cenato una sera e ci abbiamo fatto un aperitivo prima di cena, anche se la scala esterna per salirci non é comodissima per trasportare le varie cose. Un grande ringraziamento va ad Alice, gentilissima e disponibile per le richieste che le abbiamo fatto.

− Se proprio devo trovare un difetto aggiungerei un tagliere alla dotazione della cucina e olierei le maniglie delle porte interne, un poco rumorose, ma sono banalitá.

La pulizia e la funzionalità

− Pensavamo che la terrazza fosse collegata dall' interno all' appartamento. Dalla camera matrimoniale del piano superiore durante la notte si sente ripetutamente il rumore del motore di un condizionatore, mentre tutti quelli dell' appartamento erano spenti.
