优点：公寓地段绝佳，周边生活方便，装修温馨舒适，房东热情靠谱，入住流程顺畅。 不足之处：房间沙发、墙面画框里面发现有床虫，睡眠体验较差。各方面都很满意，唯独虫害问题待解决，消杀过后会强烈推荐！

8.0O apartamento é bem arrumado, tudo novo e moderno. Muito próximo à estação de trem, comércio, tudo de fácil acesso. Acomodou perfeitamente dois adultos e duas crianças (sofá cama)
− A limpeza poderia ter sido mais caprichada, o apartamento é no térreo de uma “rua” fechada por portão e o local estava sujo, com lixo jogado… da uma má impressão!

9.0Bona situació. Allotjament bonic, tal qual surt a les fotos. Confortable.
− El carreró d'accés. Estava brut, peces trencades del paviment.
Não recomendo.
4.0A localização é boa. Perto da estação Atocha e dos museus Reina Sofia e Prado.
− A limpeza deixou bastante a desejar. O chuveiro só tinha água fervendo ou saia pouca água fria/morna. O ar condicionado é barulhento. E além de tudo haviam bichinhos no sofá, aranha e apareceu até uma baratinha. O apartamento por dentro é arrumadinho, mas tem uma entrada estranha, conforme fotos abaixo que eles não colocam no anúncio.
