10.0Location was spectacular and close to Hyde park where we could walk every day, then eat at one of the many great cafes in the area.

9.0The property it’s in a nice complex with everything you need for a family stay in London. Mattresses were a little uncomfortable but nothing compared to everything else. Very happy with my stat, thank you!

− Temperature controls did not seem to work - bedrooms were too warm in the evenings. Main bedroom - bedside lamp plugs non standard - bed was not very comfortable - seems to be angled/lopsided.

10.0we communicated with the greeter when we landed and he waited for us to deliver the keys and show us around.
Strictly no smoking, no parties. Dispose of rubbish appropriately. Keep the property clean and tidy. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbors in the building. Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving. Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
