Every detail went smoothly and the apartment is so lovely and the Acacia Firenze staff were so easy to deal with and were there to help with any requests. Living like a Florentine was perfect.

A great stay in Florence!

Large, elegant apartment. Very clean. Perfect for two couples. We appreciated the bath for soaks after long days walking. Unfortunately there aren’t ensuites, but there are two bathrooms. Would definitely recommend this to others. The only problem was some confusion about checking on early or being able to drop off our luggage early . Daniela met us at the apartment and clearly explained things to us. It was lovely to be meet by a real person.
