Very modern, spacious, great interior und comfortable beds.

− Hot tub did not heat up. We also asked for late check out. We asked for help and the late check out request via booking, email and phone but nobody answered. Didn’t get a reply ever. Communication could be better.

First it was very clean with a real attention to the welcome. The condo is very functional with everything you need. The condo is classy, the beds and bed sheets were very comfortable. We were able to sleep at 5 in the two nice rooms. The host was extremely welcoming, and ready to help at any time ! And the spa (well maintained) was a real pleasure after a day of hiking. Revelstoke was also a friendly city with live music every evening during this summer. Very nice moment in town. Railway museum was also interesting with kids for a couple of hours. This accomodation and the spirit of Revelstoke will remain an excellent souvenir for our family.

the fan was WAY TOO NOISY. called help but instructions did not match the wall unit.

− the entry instructions were not clear. Better to start by telling me to get the fob first. This was not clear. and tell me where to find the building number - we drove around and around..
