O apartamento é bem localizado, a cerca de 10 minutos de carro do aeroporto. Fica num bairro com boas opções de comida e excelente para fazer compras de roupas no centro Hounslow. O ambiente estava limpo e com boa estrutura.

− Eu trocaria o colchão o mais breve possível, pois já com uma certa deformação pelo uso.

Peaceful location and convenient. Clean, tidy, practical

− There was a light duvet but no extra blankets for the cold winter evenings. There are two black lockboxes and I was frustratingly trying to get into the wrong one before I eventually noticed another one which was a bit further away over to the right..

Not Happy with the Host Approach!

The apartment was clean and well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had all the necessary appliances and utensils for a comfortable stay. The location was also very convenient, close to shops, grocery stores, and public transport, which made getting around easy

− One major downside, which is beyond the host’s control, is the noise from airplanes. It seems the property is directly aligned with a flight path, and the frequent takeoffs and landings made it difficult for us to get a good night’s sleep. Some drawback, we had a few concerns with the host’s approach. When we asked for a fan because the room felt warm, the request was dismissed as “odd,” and we were told a fan would only be provided if it was “extremely hot.” Later, when we opened the window for air circulation, it started raining without us noticing. The host messaged us to close the window to protect his wooden blinds, which we did immediately and wiped them down. Despite that, he came knocking to the door to repeat the same request, which felt unnecessary. During check-in, we asked about parking and were told quite bluntly that we should have booked a unit with parking or arranged paid parking in advance. While we understand the limitations, the tone felt unwelcoming. We also understand that CCTV installed in his property (front and backyard) is for the safety purposes of the property and residents its created a sense of being constantly monitored, 24/7 which impacted our comfort and sense of privacy. There was also an incident with the BBQ area. My husband was preparing to use the grill when the host appeared from an upstairs window to remind him not to use it if it rained. He assured him we wouldn’t, and when it did start raining, He promptly stopped the planned, secured the gas valve, and moved the grill under cover. He asked for help disconnecting the hose, but he managed shortly after. The host’s response implied we were unfamiliar with such equipment, which felt a bit patronizing. Lastly, the host tends to talk at length, often going off-topic when asked a simple question. While this may be his personality, not all guests prefer long conversations, some just want straightforward answers.

Fab! Would stay again.

The location was good, super close to bus routes that could also take you to the nearest station! The property itself was a great self-contained flat, with plenty of space and the bed was comfy! Nick was a fab host who was super helpful, will definitely book again if I'm staying in that part of London again!
