Good value, but hygiene standard need to be raised
7.0I was upgraded to a deluxe suite for free, the property was spacious, well located and felt safe. There’s a good amount of resources including a pool, gym and restaurant.
− The cleanliness of the room was not up to scratch at all. The floor made my socks dirty within minutes, the balcony floor was filthy, there was half a viagra left on the coffee table and an open can of coke (spilled) on top of the wardrobe. I asked 3 times over the two weeks I was there for my room to be cleaned, my partner asked another time, and I left the sign on the door for cleaning staff to enter yet in the 2 weeks I was there, nobody came to clean the room. This was the only downside to the stay, otherwise it would have been great. Every time I went to the restaurant upstairs to get a bottle of water the price would change each time, sometimes free, sometimes 1000 real, sometimes 1500. It seemed the staff were trying to get money for themselves rather than be genuine.
