Great value for money compared to other places in similar location, could do with being updated and the art replaced
7.0Fantastic location, comfortable and good for our family. We enjoyed our stay.
− Tired in places - particularly the bathroom which was stained and some of the lights didn’t work. Shame most of the art from the photos online has been removed so felt a bit half finished.

10.0The location was peaceful and great. Within a 10-15 minute walk to the main attractions. The apartment is comfortable and suitable for 4 people or a family. With sliding partitions, you can transform the space to make it comfortable for everyone. The interior of the apartment is unique and perfectly reflects the spirit of functionalist architecture. Original paintings create a calm atmosphere of relaxation. The high windows offer a great view of the garden. It is a great place for those who are going to visit the events of the Venice Biennale of Art and Architecture. Would definitely stay again.

10.0The location was perfect. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. The apartment is not smart but very liveable. The outlook to the garden was very pleasant. The apartment is very private and very quiet.

10.0Perfect location for sightseeing Venice. The minimalistic charm of the apartment completes the impression of the city. Separate kitchen and two toilets sufficient for the whole family. Both kids were content with their own beds. Excellent contact with the owner.
