Just the location

− The owner was so strict. Keep contacting me to tell her how many people will be staying and keep saying you are not allowed to use sofa bed as a bed. Keep asking about guests personal details and keep saying I will be there during your holiday and will come and check. Some draw was already broken and ventilation part was already broken and it seems someone fixed it temporarily. And after check out she said you guys broke that staff and will send you the bill once it has been fixed. Which we haven't done I did sent her the picture of the draw that was already broken when we check in and the carven was not cleaned all the staff and bedroom was messy will share the pictures. Overall review for this carven was unsatisfied.

The caravan is lovely, we wanted for nothing, it was very clean and very well equipped. We went to catch up with family (between the family we rented 4 vans and ours was the only privately owned van and was the only one with a deck which was lovely to have as we had fantastic weather all week. The site & nearby beaches are dog friendly - we didn't have any dogs with us personally but other family rented dog friendly vans via Haven.. We went to catch up with family so we didn't use the tv we enjoyed chatting in the lounge which has ample seating with a large L shaped sofa and L shaped seating around the dining area which was a bonus. In an ideal world the twin bedrooms would have 3ft beds but as a caravan owner myself I appreciate this is not possible unless you go for a much bigger caravan or lodge which of course would be more expensive to rent. The mattresses were very comfy and the bedding was lovely. Helen our host kept us well informed and was very helpful and easy to deal with not that we had any issues at all but she kept us well informed via Whatsapp. The pools at the site were fun and enjoyed by all, it was nice having a couple of beaches to walk to and the family bingo was much enjoyed even though we didn't win! The evening entertainment was good - some evenings we just sat out by the outdoor pool which has a lovely covered terrace. We enjoyed the open top buses travelling to Poole & Sandbanks leaving and returning to the site.
