8.0The stay was perfect, met our expectation.
− Just a concern of inconsistency. Property check-in information on booking.com states that "A damage deposit of R550 is required on arrival...... You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property". This contradicts what you are told at the property that "The deposit will be refunded after 7 working days via EFT". If they can also have that "7 working days" on the check-in information so guest are informed in advance. Deposit was only received +15days later.

− The bed is uncomfortable. There are no curtains in the sitting room. The front outdoor light is not working.
