Nice enough but disappointed by the amount of work going on.

Fairly convenient. 5 minutes walk to the grocery store. 10 minutes walk to the beach. 15 minutes walk to the ferry. A good size townhouse too.

− The swimming pool had scaffolding over it. One of the bathroom cupboard mirror doors was missing. The TV was old and only received terrestrial channels. And the driveway was blocked by marina workers who were repairing the decking. They started the machines early and the noise kept going all day long. So not very peaceful.

The location and view from the balcony were lovely, and the spa bath in the main bedroom was wonderful. It is a spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment which is well located and easy to walk to the shops, restaurants etc. in Nelly Bay.

− The stove did not work and the decor is a bit tired. It did not have nice wine glasses.

The location was excellent

− The car park for the unit is used for storage and we had to find a park out on the street. We were not told prior to arriving. Only place to park was near a construction site and bins.

Great location, had everything you could need and more.

The location and view was great, the house itself was well appointed and had everything you could want.

− Finding the property on foot was a bit difficult from the ferry terminal. Google maps showed it very close but in fact it was a long way.
