7.0Lejligheden var fin, lys og ren
− Den balkon der var blev brugt til bryggers, så vi kunne ikke sidde ude. Der var ingen info om noget som helst. Så vi fandt ikke internettet eller hvordan man brugte det smart styret system der var og vi fik ikke noget bad, da vandet kun var koldt. Endvidere var det virkelig dårlig kommunikation - vi prøvede over flere dage at få oplyst husnummeret og etage på lejligheden. Kort tid før vi tjekket ind kunne vi stadig ikke få kontakt. Vi ringede, sendte e-mail, sms flere dage uden kontakt. Derfor begyndte vi at lede efter et alternativt sted at bo. Men 20 min før vi skulle mødes med værten ringede han… vi havde hele tiden skrevet og sagt vi var der kl. 15 og det blev bekræftede i telefonen. Men da vi kom frem kl. 15 var han der ikke og vi ringede og skrev men han tog den ikke. Han kom dog ca. 15.20 Så alt omkring indtjekningen var virkelig dårlig
