Great stat, great place, could have been more comfortable

− No airco in bedrooms, mattresses not comfy, fittings aged. Old coffee machine. Generally a great apartment let down by the fittings and furnishings- could be superb if renovated

− Overall building presentation let it down a little, but the apartment itself was beautiful

− Bit warm, plenty steps to the apartment. Could be an issue for anyone with disabilities shower was too low for me downstairs
