− Gedoe met betaling...laat de betaling gewoon via Booking lopen! De grote hoeveelheid mailjes en appjes, in lange teksten in het Duits De verwarring in naam vd accomodatie rondom de betaling via 2 whatsappcontacten...ik dacht dat het om oplichting ging. Niet relaxt dus De keuken, wastafel en douche instap zijn heel hoog en er zit geen drempel/ afvoerputje in de doucheruimte waardoor water kan blijven staan in de badkamer en de vloer glad is. De hele accomodatie ( inrichting, betaling, communicatie en andere gasten is Duits georienteerd) Ik vind Spaans georienteerd in een Spaans land veel leuker. Oja, wijds uitzicht, maar niet in een mooi deel van Tenerife

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in der Ferienwohnung und wurden ausserordentlich herzlich begrüsst, und auch hatten auch während des Aufenthalts sehr herzlich Kontakt.

Stay away, extremely disappointing on multiple levels.

− We had a very disappointing experience and unfortunately cannot recommend this place. First of all, the "road" to the accommodation is in extremely poor condition. Not something you’d want to drive on with a regular car. It would have been very helpful to know in advance that a Jeep or high-clearance vehicle is necessary to avoid damage. More importantly, we booked what was advertised as a “holiday home” expecting a private space. Instead, we were given an apartment within a house that’s been split into three units. The garden, including a very small children’s pool, is shared not only with other guests but also with the owners, who live in a separate building on the same property. again, none of this was made clear in the listing. We addressed our concerns right away and tried to find a fair solution, ideally by leaving and receiving a refund. However, the owner outsources bookings to Bestfewo.de, a company that refused to speak any English (despite working in tourism), making communication nearly impossible. Bestfewo.de blamed Booking.com for translation issues in the listing, while Booking pointed fingers back at Bestfewo. In the end, neither took responsibility, and we were left without support or compensation. An extremely frustrating and disappointing experience from all sides. We strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Beautiful secluded place, with close distance to motorway, stunning views, beautiful garden, confortable well equipped villa, friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy

I loved every second of our stay at Casa Rosa. It's a fully equipped apartment with everything you might need for your care free vacation. There is also a large terrace with dining table, umbrella and sun loungers. The view is amazing, you can watch the sunrising in a peaceful surrounding - the south valley and ocean in front of you and the mountains behind you ☀️☀️☀️ The villa is remote and very quiet, while at the same time just 15 min from the highway. The place is beutifully and tastefully decorated, I loved the wooden ceiling. Everything was super clean and the whole place was smelling like roses 🌹🌹🌹 You can also enjoy the beautiful garden and bbq on the property. There is a private parking with a gate. Our host was waiting for us and gave us a welcoming tour around the place. They were always available to contact if you have questions or need anything.
