Great Location
6.0The accommodation is located close to the city center, in the charming old part of Imola, which made it very convenient for exploring the area on foot. There was also a lovely garden available for guests, providing a pleasant place to relax.
− One of the rooms lacked proper ventilation. There was a door leading to what seemed to be a winter garden, but it appeared that smoking was allowed there, and the smell was not very pleasant. Apart from that, the place was clean and perfectly suitable for an overnight stay.

6.0Posizione della struttura, gli host mettono a disposizione acqua, caffè e the e l'accesso è semplice. La pulizia è abbastanza buona e gli host disponibili.
− L'appartamento ha solo un "vero" bagno, per cui non è comodo quando si è più di 2 persone. Il secondo bagno è in realtà uno stanzino con lavabo e wc, anche scomodi da usare per via degli spazi ristretti. Inoltre una stanza è stata ricavata da un salottino (presumo) e non ha neanche la porta, ma solo un separatore dandole quindi pochissima privacy. Gli interni sono datati e necessiterebbe di un minimo di ristrutturazione e/o cura in più.

8.0Nel complesso spazi, posizione strategica rispetto all'autodromo e al centro storico. La pulizia, le dotazioni per cucinare. Benché inutilizzato il cortiletto esterno.
− Il bagno sotto è troppo piccolo e lo spigolo andrebbe protetto per gli urti della testa: ci abbiamo sbattuto in 2. Il lucernario nella stanza da letto al primo piano non era oscurabile e chi ha dormito si è lamentato della luce la mattina all'alba. Le stanze sopra erano stranamente più fredde.
