− The property was clean but the carpet wasn’t. The window is not perfect, it wasn’t close properly the wind came inside a room. The Elevator was Not working at all.

Location was excellent
− Issues where as follows - Owner messaged 4 days prior to our visit to his apartments to inform us he'd over booked & we couldn't have the flat one of the 4 nights we booked. This booking had been in place months. Offered another flat in the same building, overnight only. Flat 8, this was smaller than the flat we booked On entering the flat the decor was very dated The bathrooms stank of a horrible odour One radiator was broken in a bedroom & on full temperature So the only alternative was the turn off all the heating. Luckily the windows didn't close, so some cold are got in when the heating was on Electrical switches buzzed, think that's dangerous wiring. We then moved out after the one night, which was 1 too many, to a 2nd flat, flat 2 Had to move our own stuff to the 2nd flat on the 2nd day. This flat was as you'd like one, clean, tidy, no smells, good décor. We did receive a £500 refund as compensation, but I'd rather of had the flat I'd booked for the duration. As you'd expect, from the above comments, I wont be rebooking.
