1.0Nothing, when we arrived it had been double booked and somebody else was staying in the property. Called The customer service helpline and the service we received from booking.com when we tried to sort it out was appalling.

7.0space to park cars on the property and an open-plan area with a fireplace, so all can gather on a rainy day. Fruit trees all around the property! It is close to the National Park if your plans are to do the Tongariro Crossing
− The house's bedroom pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. The sleepout gas bottle was basically empty, and there was no indication within the sleepout of how to change/where to find a new one. Wifi did not reach the sleepout, and the one in the sleepout had password and was not provided.

10.0Beautiful home & was perfect for our whanau. Highly recommend & would definitely stay again. Has everything you need and loved that we could have our pets with us too.

− Wi-Fi not working when checking, after construction Spark then solve the problems. Watching machine no cold water,only hot water to watch cloth, that was waste of gas. No matches and small firewood for fireplace , but fire wood is plenty enough.!

9.0Good well appointed comfortable home with the added advantage for four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
− Only issue was a leak in the sleepout roof above the bathroom. This was a problem but the owner or property manager was very responsive
