Gera vieta, netoli centro, senamiesčio. Gražus, tvarkingas kiemas.
− Negeras, nemalonus kvapas name, net vėdinant patalpas, kvapas i šlieka. Seni baldai, nepatogus palipimas į miegamuosius, ypač su mažu vaiku labai pavojinga.

Отличное расположение, удобная парковка, красивый сад, зона отдыха во дворе, горячая вода с хорошим напором, наличие кондиционера и посудомойки
− Плохо убрано, неухоженная кухонная техника, лестница на второй этаж вертикальная - совершенно невозможно использовать с детьми и пожилым, а так же с боязнью высоты, пледы нечтиранные и странно пахнут
