− The staff yelled at my little girls because they forgot their shoes. They could have said nicely that they needed them. Also we brought our dog and there was never a talk about a fee. On our 2nd night there a rude lady yelled at me taking my dog outside about not paying a pet fee. The staff at this hotel are extremely rude.

7.0The breakfast was good. The location was perfect for our visiting needs. The AC worked. The bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean. There was an abundance of towels. And the staff -- front desk, cleaning crew and breakfast staff -- was unfailingly pleasant.
− There was only one (1) chair in a suite that was reserved for three guests. Even if there were only two guests, a single chair in a room is simply not enough. Having to sit on a three-foot-high bed is not a satisfactory option. Also, the TV remote was the least intuitive I have ever used -- and I have used an awful lot of remotes in my life. First World problems? Perhaps. But I come back to: One Freaking Chair! Other than these two gripes, we were pleased with the accommodations.

10.0The lady who set up the bfk was the hardest working person there. Bfk was excellent. That lady needs a raise!
