− It wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival shower kept leaking which was resolved quickly

We found the caravan comfortable but not 5* as advertised
7.0The position of the caravan was perfect for us. It had a lot of equipment for cooking.
− We had 2 disturbed sleeps due to smoke and carbon dioxide detectors bleeping. Both were fixed quickly. A caravan near to us was noisy but did turn volume down when I went out and asked them to. We had booked a 3 bed van but only had a 2. Again That was fine. We found clothing and dirty tissues in both bedrooms that hadn’t been cleaned properly.
Great stay at Rockley.
