Do better - horrible hospitality!

Easy check in is where the great stay ended.

− This place sorely lacks the normal, basic items any guest should be able to count on. For over $2,000 for five nights, the essentials simply weren’t there. And to be clear: I’m not a complainer. I travel often, I’m easygoing, and I don’t nitpick. But this stay made it impossible to overlook the problems. Couch is dirty and kitchen chairs are in bad shape....see photo The kitchen wasn’t stocked with even the simplest necessities. There were only four coffee cups in an apartment that claims to sleep eight. The coffee filters didn’t even fit the coffee pot. What — only the first four guests get coffee? The sponge was dismal and gross, and when I asked for a replacement, they refused and said the used sponge was “still in good shape.” See my photo — you decide. For a place charging this much, providing a new 79‑cent kitchen sponge shouldn’t be up for debate and to send someone to look at the sponge. Are you kidding me? The towel situation was even worse. We received one threadbare bath towel per guest, and they would not even consider bringing more. Each bathroom had one hand towel, regardless of how many people were staying. They do not provide any washcloths. What?? The sheets were threadbare, and the beds were made incorrectly — bottom sheet, then comforter, then the top sheet on top of the comforter. We had to remake every bed ourselves. There’s a lovely pool on the 6th floor, but no pool towels are provided. Again, this is basic hospitality — even a Hampton Inn manages to supply these things without issue. This was not up for discussion. Calling the number provided hot you to a call center outside the US who weee polite but had the script of no down perfectly. Great job management company! Overall, this place lacks hospitality, care, and the most basic amenities that any standard hotel provides without hesitation. Corners were cut everywhere, and the guest experience suffered because of it. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this listings!

Locatie en ruimte

− Niet alles was proper. Gebruikte handdoek in de badkamer, bevlekt douchegordijn, bevlekt dekbedovertrek. Geen extra handdoeken aanwezig voor het zwembad. Terwijl er behoorlijke regels opgesteld zijn waar de gasten zich aan moeten houden.

Loved everything! The apartment was beautiful and well taken care of. The only thing was that the floors where dirty, but this is something that is very common in USA. I think it’s due to Americans having their shoes on inside their homes (something we do not do in Sweden). That’s why I didn’t bother to contact the host - instead we had our sandals on while we where in the apartment. Other than that everything was perfect!!🤩
