8.0The location was perfect for us - very handy to everything we needed. There is a cafe a couple of minutes walk away and a supermarket up the road. The house itself had plenty of room and everything you could possibly need for both function and comfort. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet, so there were no interruptions to sleep. Cynthia is a very kind host - she offered to make us bread, which was lovely of her - and she made sure we had all the information we needed.
− The previous guests had smoked in the house. Cynthia was VERY apologetic when she realized the smell had lingered and was going in to do a deep clean. It is appalling that other people would be so disrespectful of the house or of future guests, but Cynthia did everything she could to take care of that for us.

10.0The Solitude is a really beautiful modern and comfortable house with a lovely open plan layout. Great interior design throughout the house, lovely modern furniture and the large kitchen with an island bench was fantastic. Access to the internal double garage with a laundry was a bonus. The house is a 2 minute walk to a beautiful estuary park to enjoy a run or walk in.
