− Room 110 was very small Noisy air-con units are positioned Just below the window, and I barely slept. No staff asked how our stay was, and I don't think they were bothered!

9.0Prachtige kamer, mooi pand, lekker ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, super goeie ligging
− Het zetelbed voor onze kinderen (10 en 12 jaar) was te klein en de matras te dun. Het was een groot contrast met het super grote en comfortabele bed voor de ouders.
Disappointing, deceived by staff and did nothing to rectify issue. Will never stay here again
2.0Room size and facilities were fine. Great view of sea.
− Lifts were so small, small pram couldn't fit in the lift, staff knew this but failed to make us aware of this issue, wouldn't take accountability, had to take 2 babies and 2 prams individually, resulting in 8 trips up and down just to enter and leave the hotel.

9.0A beautiful hotel. Very clean and welcoming. Great sea view. Perfect location for visiting Venue cymru and close enough to walk to town, with the beach just across the road. Very handy to have parking here too. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist. I would definitely stay here again.
