Good for a short stay to go skiing but lacks the comfort to spend a whole week of holidays here

− Water temperature of shower could have been warmer (especially after a day of skiing), but maxed out at something like luke warm. Same for the Sauna in the spa: 65 degrees celsius is not hot enough for a sauna. Our room (204) was on the connecting corridor between the 2 main buildings and not noise isolated towards the corridor so lots of noise from people entering and leaving. Fortunately other guests had reasonable schedules so could still sleep enough as it stayed quiet during the night. Room a bit small when you go skiing (limited space to lay out and dry ski stuff) but for 3 nights we made it work fine.

1.0− Hôtel à éviter absolument. L’accueil a été catastrophique et totalement non professionnel. À notre arrivée, la chambre était glaciale, à peine 12 degrés — une situation inadmissible. Le petit-déjeuner du lendemain a été une véritable farce : aucune qualité, aucune organisation, et facturé 25.– par personne. Un scandale. Plusieurs clients se sont d’ailleurs plaints. Tout au long du séjour, il était évident que seule comptait la rentabilité à tout prix, quitte à sacrifier le confort et le respect des clients : petit-déjeuner hors de prix, taxi, piscine… tout est prétexte à faire payer davantage.
