10.0This is a local motel, and you get exactly that experience. However, the location is amazing. It's right on the water, and they have a lovely sitting area with tables and chairs, so you can sit and enjoy the river and sunset. The room is basic but is exactly as described. The front desk is friendly, the hotel has a private parking area, and the area felt safe.

6.0Motel old but very clean. From the outside, I wasn't sure they were even open.There are no lights other than the small sign. Not in the parking lot, the walkway in front of rooms, or on the stairs. Expected more. Even Motel 6 leaves the light on!
