Very shoddy interior no internet was offered for my stay & I had to txt message several times to the Caretakers to g
3.0Nothing the venue was changed to Sundrdge Hotels owned by the same company. It wasn’t were the post code said but behind a parade of shops inland the access was through a dirty rear courtyard & up a perilous flight of stairs ( Ive got walking disability) with plastic hand rails & very poor lighting.
− Nothing it was dirty smelted & to top it all there was no hot water in a sh so small I would have struggled to turn around in & it also had a high step up to get into it.
Would highly recommend. Will be staying here when in the area

1.0I was placed into different accomodation which i only found out, when I arrived at my booked accomodation. I was told I would be put somewhere else for only one night and then when I went to my booked accomodation the man got angry because I had arrived where I had booked and payed for for 6 days. There was nothing to like, the shower had mould all through it and hair all over the place in the shower bottom. Disgusting. When I wanted to go to the place I booked, the man got angry.
