− A alimentação achamos muito fraca no restaurante, na pizzaria e na churrascaria. Preço bom com qualidade ruim. Outra coisa que nos incomodou bastante foi a insistência dos representantes do Clube de Férias. Em alguns momentos nos sentimos intimidados por eles.

10.0Há lugares que nos hospedam, e há lugares que nos presenteiam com experiências inesquecíveis. Este hotel faz parte da segunda categoria! Tudo é pensado com muito cuidado: acomodações confortáveis, decoração de muito bom gosto, ambiente impecavelmente limpo e muito bem conservado. As roupas de cama e banho são de excelente qualidade, trazendo ainda mais aconchego à estadia. O atendimento merece aplausos! Todos os funcionários são extremamente gentis, prestativos e acolhedores, fazendo com que nos sintamos verdadeiramente bem-vindos. O café da manhã é um espetáculo à parte, digno das estrelas. O almoço, então… é das galáxias! Delicioso, variado e preparado com muito capricho. Durante o dia, a diversão no parque temático e o relaxamento nas fontes termais garantem momentos inesquecíveis. À noite, os shows fecham a programação com muita alegria e emoção. É impossível não sair encantado. Haja coração para tanta felicidade!
