8.0Tem ótima localização para se locomover ao centro durante o dia. Tem um mercado bem na frente. Internet excelente. Portaria e anfitriã muito simpáticos. Tem máquina de lavar, ajuda bastante na dinâmica e pelo calor roupas secam rápido no varal.
− A noite não é recomendado andar a pé pelo entorno, não pelo prédio. O banheiro pode ser mais agradável com novos cuidados.
