The apartment was amazing; its location was ideal, situated on the corner of an block with a view over the harbour and Waterfront Precinct in Darwin. Access below was easy and shops were a short ride / walk away. There was a large open-planned dining / lounge room and an additional balcony with a BBQ. The apartment had excellent amenities and the air-conditioning throughout was great.

− Washing machine had black mould and could’nt be used Bathroom light caused noise in the main bedroom Ensuite shower flooded
