Dit is echt een groote villa, het lijkt wel een resort zo groot. Het zwembad is super lang en lekker diep. Je kan merken dat de eigenaars hier zelf gewoond hebben want alles ziet er top en bedacht uit. Vriendelijk personeel, echt een leuke tijd gehad🙂

− Woonkamer was warm als de deuren dicht had.

It was a nice villa, but could have been better managed.

The property was huge. Well equipped.

− No 1- The main gate can be opened from the outside- meaning its not properly secured. No 2- Door of stand alone room nearest to main gate cannot be locked. Meaning anyone can enter the room at any point of time. No 3- In the main villa, 2 sliding doors of the room upstairs were also faulty. No 4- Swimming pool depth should have been stated to close to 2m deep. Management should have been better at communicating. Upon informing of property with the brochure given, even after a few enquiries, it wasnt explained that the gate wasnt locked. Hence, upon arrival at midnight, we were unsure of how to enter the villa. On the 1st night, there was a power failure and the entire vila was pitch black. Calls and text to management weren’t answered. The next day, management didnt even bother to ask how it was. Worst was when there was a snake in the villa. Calls and text were not answered and even after telling staff in the villa, they were adamant that no such thing as snake occurance after so many years. Mind you, I had children in the villa. The next morning, we heard a hissing sound and that was it. I was super angry and told the staff again and only then did they understand the severity. However, the lady manager was still in disbelief of the snake and kept on insisting it was unreal. Eventually after much back and forth she asked for Agus to check the property and they found the snake. (Roughly an hour or 2 after the conversation). We then found another hotel to stay and did not complete our full stay at villa despite full payment of it.

From the moment we arrived we were astonished. The place is very big and spacious. A lot of light comes in and you have an amazing seating area outside with even a fire place which was perfect for us during our stay. As we have a couple of rainy showers it made the evening so cozy to sit around the fire place. Great for some romance 🥰. Also the room was very clean with a super comfy bed. Also the internet is very good. We like to go out for dinner and there are so many nice places to try in very close range so more than enough choices. Shops and spa's are also close by so really a perfect location for whatever you feel like doing. Oh... and the swimming pool is HUGE ! Perfect to start the day.

− Nothing really accept for... my husband could have booked this longer than 4 nights. (hahahaha)
