Beautiful exterior space

The outside area is wonderful with lots of sun exposure. The staff is very nice.

− There were lots of maintenance issues - the inner doors in most of the house did not close, the shower was clogged, the cleaning was not good enough (the extractor fan was super dirty, the sink had leftover food on it, the plates in the kitchen were covered in cobwebs and bugs), we could not use the frying pans as they are completely scratched which made the non stick layer stick to our food (we had to cook eggs in a pot to avoid eating non stick layers), the playground was unsafe and broken, the tree house (a big pull for us) was unsafe because it was so dirty and had wasps, the fridge inside the house was not getting cold enough at first. All of these issues could have been avoided with a bit maintenance. The playground safety, the shower clogging, and the indoor doors not closing are particularly concerning in my opinion.

A piscina ,sossego

− Utensílios de cozinha com muito desgaste. Principalmente as frigideiras tive que fazer ovos mexidos numa panela . Apenas tem uma tomada na cozinha era preciso desligar o microondas para ligar a máquina de café ou torradeira .

Excelente casa com tudo o necessário para diversão garantida. Piscina enorme e campo de futebol. Muitos espaços relvados. Cozinha exterior de apoio á piscina é incrível. Fonte com água fresca sempre disponível.

− É pena ter apenas um chuveiro no interior da casa. Nas redondezas não há nada... Para ir a um supermercado tem que se ir a Arcos de Valdevez. Não há nenhum café relativamente perto da casa.

Aspetos a melhorar

A zona exterior é espectacular e ter cozinha de apoio à zona da piscina é uma mais valia. Os miúdos adoraram a fonte de água. Ar condicionado nos quartos, (eram muito quentes).

− A porta de uma das casas de banho e de um dos quartos não fechar. A água do banho que tanto saí super quente como gelada.O parque infantil não pode ser utilizado, precisa de manutenção e tem um ninho de vespas no escorrega, assim como vários por baixo do telheiro. A casa não é totalmente privada, tem alguém que faz o terreno e circula pela propriedade. Pedimos para virem limpar a piscina a meio da semana, só podiam vir na sexta as 19:00 e nós saíamos no sábado.

Peaceful mountain retreat

National park setting, exquisite views, peaceful and relaxing, the pool was great. Excellent facilities.

− The bugs and hornets (which can't be helped due to the setting). Down stairs toilet intermittent flush problem. Some of the internal doors didn't close properly.
