− Nothing provided ie water bottle, instructions for TV, air con. Would have been nice. Needed a good clean

− The pungent smell from the toilet,the sofa was dirty,and most of the house area there was these stinky smells like damp cloth. I think the owner never visited the house,just putting full trust on the cleaners on managing the cleanliness,yet it was horrible.
