− Stayvista are not reliable at all. I booked this property. After booking they messaged me that I have to pay before I stay. I did not had problem with prepayment but they asked me to pay via link for which I declined. I told them to cancel booking in that case. Their executive Mr. Sankraman asked me to cancel and said they will not charge any cancellation fees. Once I cancelled stay vista had not yet accepted cancellation of booking after 5 days, upon calling them they said we have to call booking.com. As stayvista had not yet cancelled our booking we went to property directly and property owner did not get any booking. Please do not book stayvista properties. Their customer care executive do not have any details not even name of person who has booked their property.
