Lo único bueno del piso es la ubicación, en buena zona, con tiendas cerca

− Tuve problemas desde que inicié la reserva, en el anuncio indica una dirección y te envían una diferente por mensaje interno, al llegar a la dirección nadie me avisó que no podía entrar al piso porque tenía un problema con la calefacción, me encontré con 0 grados en la calle, tuve que pagar taxi hasta el otro piso que me dijeron para pasar la noche, ese piso estaba sucio, las sábanas llenas de pelos, migajas de pan en el sofá, un desastre, al otro día me hicieron salir de mi visita al empire state para recoger mis maletas sin previo aviso, al llegar al otro piso estaba helado, tuve que esperar 2 días para que lo resolvieran con un calefactor eléctrico, las ventanas tenían agujeros por donde se colaba todo el frío, me dijeron que tapara los agujeros con mantas, el piso estaba sucio, decepcionante toda la estadía

First of all, the address they provide is not correct. You make your reservation, and only afterward they message you privately to say that the real address is three blocks further down. I hadn’t realized this at first, so I went to the wrong address and was very disappointed. The inside of the house was terrible – extremely neglected, very dirty, full of cobwebs, and the building itself smelled bad. On top of that, it was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep through the night. Definitely not recommended. Since we had already paid, we were forced to stay for three weeks, and it completely ruined our trip.

Fabulous location and spacious apartment. Fairly old fittings, bed linen and towels but it was clean and a brilliant loc

Great location and fairly spacious if you just use one bed. Aircon was good

− Lacked some amenities like dishwashing liquid and tea towels

Good location, but a very stuffy hot apartment.

Good location. Very easy collection of keys and check out process. Responsive hosts.

− This was the hottest apartment we’ve ever stayed in. No air conditioning and no fans. It was extremely uncomfortable. Disappointing given the price point.
