9.0Das Haus ist sehr schön! Die Vermieter waren sehr sympathisch! Meine Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt. Sehr zentral um Ausflüge zu machen, aber auch im Ort Spello unterwegs zu sein! Eine schöne Bäckerei nur wenige Schritte entfernt! Man fühlt sich wohl! Jederzeit wieder!
− Etwas laut vor dem Haus! Aber für die Lage ist das normal! Küche müsste besser ausgestatteten sein! Im Wohnzimmer fehlt ein Tisch! Warm- und Kaltwasser sind schlecht eingestellt!

10.0Ponad stuletni budynek z duszą z oryginalną drewnianą stolarką. Wykończony meblami z epoki. Prosto ale funkcjonalnie. Ogrodzone podwórko gdzie można parkować samochód. Budynek naprzeciwko starej części miasta, wystarczy przejść drogę. Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Asyżu, Perugii, Todi i innych miast Umbrii zwłaszcza że obok jest droga szybkiego ruchu która znacznie ułatwia przemieszczanie.

8.0Nagyon tiszta, jó helyen volt, barátságis személyzet, jó ár, érték arányú szállás.
− Az egyik franciaágy kényelmetlen volt, a fürdőben a csapban kicsi volt a nyomás, így nem bolt melegvíz, csak akkor, ha megnyitottad a zuhanyzó csapját is. A zuhanyzóban hiányzott az ajtó, ezért minden zuhanyzásnál tiszta víz lett a fürdő.
