Smelly & dirty room
2.0− the room & toilet smelly. we washed the toilet twice, because its too smelly.. got hair & dust on the floor & bed. i have to swipe all the room.. the bad smell at the kitchen come from the open drainage, during night hv to cover it otherwise, cannot sleep.😌 3in1 beverage, or mineral water pun xda.. the day before,.we stayed at the different room, diff service provider, & they provide us some beverages..

2.0The owner help to tell the cleaner to kasih bersih the second time
− Bilik berbau, lantai melekat, cadar tilam masam. Already tell to kasi bersih for second time. But the girl cleaner buat muka. Lntai masi melekat sikit lepas second time mop. Will not repeat. Already pay “CLEANING FEE RM35” tapi dpt bilik bgitu. Disappointed.
