9.0Lovely house in a nice quiet location. Comfortable beds. Nice sized garden with seating area.
− Some small signs of wear in places. Dog hairs on the furniture. Dusty with spiders and cobwebs in most rooms. The windows inside and outside could do with a clean.
Overall property was good but let down by cleanliness.

− Cleanliness was not the best. Dirty kitchen cupboard. Dead fly in bedroom and kitchen. Dirty area in corner of lounge. Double bed uncomfortable.

8.0Nice new modern property with all new facilities. Great kitchen area with all quality units, impressive dining area on solid wood table, almost too good to use, smart TV in lounge. Bedroom with en-suite. car parking, secure garden for dog. nearby footpath to walk dog. local independant shops in Sheringham High Street with pubs / restaurants plus Tesco supermarket
− No cooking knives, no bread knife, no pizza cutter. provide coasters, so no hot plates / cups on furniture
