− Questionei se o local atendia 2 pessoas solteiras e Pet, foi confirmado que sim, mas o local estava preparado somente para casal, ainda bem que levei a parte um lençol e cobertor por prevenção para dormir no sofá.

7.0Localização e cozinha completa e quarto com ar condicionado.
− Local com pouca ventilação e com mofo em algumas partes da casa, não tem isolamento acústico, se tiver vizinhos barulhento vai ouvir tudo dependendo, se tiver criança pequena você vai dormir depois do horário de silêncio e olha lá . As instalações são bonitas mas tem esses poréns. Cama necessitando troca.
