Nous avons changé notre planning en dernière minute et avons eu quelques imprévus, mais l’hôte a été extrêmement arrangeant et disponible. Il nous a répondu rapidement à chaque fois, a proposé des solutions alternatives avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Très sympathique, fiable, et vraiment à l’écoute.

A cinematic and relaxing experience with Ligurian Sea in the background

Michele is a very welcoming host with many great suggestions for the area surrounding Lavagna. The communication with him has also been very easy. The house itself is exactly as described on Booking.com and elsewhere: It offers fantastic views from all rooms and the patio. The interiors are decorated with great taste. The furniture and kitchen utensils are very unique. If you want to have a both cinematic and relaxing experience with family or group of friends, this IS the place.

− Although Michele tried to help with the problem as soon as we shared it, I still want to mention this (and give a rating of 9, instead of a well-deserved 10): There were wild boars coming down from the hills at night. As the patio is so nice to hang out during the night (one of the main attractions of the house), it has been a bit annoying for us. This might be a very seasonal, limited-time issue. It may also be solved with some extra fencing around the private garden. The combi-boiler also has an issue, but it is easily solved. As we also heard, it was soon to be replaced with a brand new one.

Beautiful view and big, comfortable house.

− For the number of people it can host it should have another bathroom. The garden needs lots of attention, it has great potential but it’s not well curated.
