I see their efforts,but they need better organization and knowledge to run the place efficently
5.0We loved the excellent location and appreciated the convenience of private parking. The place was new and clean, including the room.
− The check-in process was confusing as we weren’t given information about breakfast or Wi-Fi, and they were unable to register us because one of us had a foreign ID and the other an Italian ID card issued abroad. It seemed odd since we've never had issues with these IDs anywhere else. The breakfast was disappointing and not as described, with limited options (like no milk for cereals), and we only discovered we could have items like coffee, water or toast after asking. On a personal note, I don’t like having towels placed on the toilet lid.
