Tutto perfetto. Appartamento pulitissimo, attrezzato con tutto e pure con 2 bagni. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere sia il centro a piedi che per raggiungere le spiagge. La host Giulia gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Consiglio di soggiornare in questo appartamento.

La padrona di casa Giulia è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Prima della nostra partenza ci ha inviato dei video molto chiari e delle informazioni molto interessanti sulla regione, che ci hanno aiutato a esplorare la zona. L'appartamento è molto carino e ben sistemato. La pulizia è impeccabile. Il grande vantaggio è la posizione molto centrale dell'appartamento e il garage sotterraneo.

Parcheggio privato coperto, disponibilità della proprietaria. Condominio tranquillo, posizione.

− Purtoppo per quasi tutto il soggiorno il wi-fi non era funzionante. Tenda nella doccia al piano superiore. Assenza di mobili per appoggiare le proprie cose sia nella zona giorno che nei bagni. Biancheria letto/bagno non compresa nel prezzo (visto il prezzo pagato mi sembrerebbe il minimo). Gestione della spazzatura difficile, bidoni interni troppo piccoli praticamente inutili. Stoviglie cucina poco utilizzabili e non molto pulite (pentole graffiate , tazze macchiate...)

La Residenza Sinis è veramente un ottimo alloggio come base per visitare le belle spiagge della zona. La casa è in un grande condominio tranquillo dotato di parcheggio sotterraneo, è nuova ben climatizzata e dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Bagno e doccia ok.

The apartment was big,clean, and comfortable. The location was very good as it was close to the beautiful Sinis. There were shops close by. Oristano was also only a short drive away. The owner was very friendly and even helped us find a dentist. We can recommend the place. It is really big enough for 3 people and even has 2 bathrooms.
