6.0De locatie. Midden hartje Heilbronn. Prijskwaliteit in orde voor nachtje op doorreis. Voor 7 personen en de prijs pp moet je geen hoogstandje verwachten. Goede communicatie verhuurder, reageert meteen.
− Hygiëne kon beter, handig als verhuurder wat vaker de zaken regelmatiger zou controleren want 2 stoelen kapot (verhuurder bood wel aan meteen te komen vervangen toen ik dit meldde); deurklink van wc viel eruit, evenals knop wc kapot.

− Die Wohnung ist schon etwas abgelebt und desolat. Die Dusche und das WC sind reparaturbedürftig.
