Worst customer support ever. Really bad experience.
3.0The flat was ok and was clean. Was true to the photos.
− We had an issue that would have been something minor if handled like every other agency. Instead, it turned as the worst experience we've ever had. All of the sudden the staff person, all through Whatsapp, was mean, rude, even threatening, really sketchy. We couldn't believe the messages so at one point we decided to just stop texting as it was just getting worse and didn't feel secure with our baby.
The apartment was clean, so comfortable and had absolutely everything you need. Great location…highly recommended!
